TESLA I was have problem with my vehicle where service codes we coming on. I originally took my tesla to SC in Reisterstown, MD with BMS codes. After a day and half I was advsied that my Tesla was no longer diveable. (we obvisouly had a few chose words about my vehicle being drivin and it now a brick) Fastforward I had my vehicle towed to EC after doing a little reseach and speaking with someone. I was advsied that my vechle my not be "DEAD" and recoverable. My TESA has been with EC for two months. I can't seen on my TESLA app if my vehile has been moved but, it does not look like it has. After receving and approving several request for EC to approve testing and repair cost I have been told they have other priorites. I still haven't been told if the vehicle is runnning.
I’m a little late in posting this but wanted to share my experience with this business. I brought my Audi in for an oil change after seeing other positive reviews. I was able to make an appointment for the same day and when I arrived, they seemingly started on it right away. Afterward, Aaron provided a really detailed explanation of other maintenance I should consider and provided estimates. Repairs in general are costly but compared to other estimates I’ve received, these were much less and more importantly seemed reasonable and fair. I’d definitely recommend and will be returning.

This place is fast and efficient also cost is good! Definitely come if you need your car fix! Every dollar spend here is worth the money. They fix my door and also fix future problem I might have!
I was extremely pleased with my experience here. The staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely go back. I highly recommend this place.
It looks like they don't even have their own shop and share garages with another car repair shop. Very unprofessional and didn't put parts correctly so I had to point out to fix it correctly. Labor charges same rate as tesla dealer and don't see there is any benefit to go there.
